Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

P6 Intelligence offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore all features during the trial period at no cost. No charges are made until you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time on monthly plans.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after 14 days will not be refunded, but your access will remain active until the end of the annual billing period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. If you have experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the platform, or if there are other extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will review your case individually. We handle all refund requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

Please include your account email and order details in your message. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Enterprise Plans

Refund terms for enterprise and custom plans are governed by the individual agreement signed at the time of purchase. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for details.

8. Changes to This Policy

P6 Intelligence reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
