Admin & Billing

The Admin dashboard allows you to manage workspace access, configure single sign-on (SSO), and monitor your API usage.

User Roles

• Owner: Full access to billing, API keys, and workspace deletion.
• Admin: Can invite users and configure data sources.
• Viewer: Read-only access to the Once-a-Month AI Event reports and dashboards.

Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are billed annually. If you exceed your allocated XER file processing limits, overage charges will be applied at the end of the current billing month. You can track your usage in real-time under Settings > Usage.
