P6 Intelligence connects to your existing Primavera P6 environment and turns raw schedule data into decision-ready insight — delay analysis, predictive risk, and stakeholder reporting, without manual spreadsheet work.

1. Connect your P6 data

Install the P6 Intelligence desktop agent, which reads your local Primavera P6 SQLite database and securely syncs project data to your workspace. No changes to your existing P6 setup are required — the agent runs alongside it.

2. Set up your workspace

Once connected, create a project workspace and invite your team. P6 Intelligence supports multi-account structures, so planning teams, commercial managers, and project directors can each have scoped access to the same underlying schedule data.

3. Run your first analysis

From the dashboard, select a project and choose an analysis type — EOT/delay analysis, predictive analytics, or schedule risk (Monte Carlo). Each module pulls directly from your synced P6 data, so there's no manual re-entry.

4. Review and export

Results are presented as interactive reports you can drill into by activity, WBS, or time window, and export for claims submissions or stakeholder updates.

Who it's for

Planning engineers who need faster, defensible EOT submissions; project directors who want early visibility into schedule risk; commercial managers preparing claims documentation.
