The Reporting Cadence

Instead of generating noisy, incremental weekly reports, the system aggregates schedule variances, logic gaps, and resource bottlenecks into a single, highly actionable monthly executive briefing.

Schedule Risk Scores

Every time a new baseline or update is uploaded, our machine learning model calculates a Schedule Risk Score (0-100). This score evaluates:

• Logic Density: The ratio of relationships to activities.
• Float Consumption: How rapidly total float is degrading on near-critical paths.
• Constraint Abuse: Excessive use of hard constraints that artificially manipulate the critical path.
